The Inn is located on the route of the KV Challenge Marathon.

Seely Street Bed and Breakfast is located a very short walk from the spectacular 2200acre Rockwood Park and the beautiful Lily Lake which now boasts "Lilys Cafe" a restaurant overlooking the lake serving great food and drinks.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Helena from England and Garth from Northern Ireland have both been involved within the Tourism and Travel industry all of their lives. In addition they are qualified in Nutrition and Massage Therapy so if you would like a relaxing Massage or a Nutrition consultation please just ask when you call to book. They offer 3 rooms, ther feature room is the Fundy Bay Room and is ideal for a Romantic break or Weekend away featuring a large bathroom with Whirlpool Bath and Shower. The Deer View room enjoys a Private Bathroom and our Seely Suite is just a little bit different, we know you will enjoy it.

The B&B is in a wonderful location just 200 metres from Saint John Public Gardens and a short walk further on will bring you to Rockwood Park and the beautiful Lily Lake, ideal for walking, running and Mountain Biking in summer and skating or snowshoeing in winter. They have very easy access to the Highway and are only a 5 minute drive to Uptown Saint John.

The twelve Chipman Hill Suites properties are located in the center of the city (we call it "uptown") and are within walking distance of the business district, harbour, restaurants, bars, historic properties, cultural and recreational activities.
Some sample year-round nightly rates are as follows:
- Bachelor suite with one single bed (very small) with kitchenette and a private bath with shower only. (Very limited quantity of these suites.) $69 nightly or $695 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (double bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower only. $79 nightly or $995 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (queen bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower or bath/shower $89-$99 nightly or $995-$1395 monthly.
- Bachelor suite (king bed), kitchenette and private bath with shower or bath/shower $99-$109 nightly or $1250-$1395 monthly.
- Executive studio or executive one bedroom (queen or king bed), full kitchen and private bath with whirlpool/shower or air tub/shower $109-$149 nightly. $1995-$2600 monthly.
- Two and three bedroom suites depending on size, amenities, number of bathrooms etc. $129-$239 nightly. $1995 to $3200 monthly.
